We put the interests of our clients and contract associates before our own at all times. It is our perspective that our job is done only when both our client and contract associate are mutually satisfied.

1. Telephone Screen

Our initial telephone screen is used to explore an individual’s skill sets, professional objectives, geographic preferences, salary requirements and work history.

2. Personal Interview

We conduct detailed personal interviews with all applicants. Thorough interviews ensure we present candidates who have been briefed on each position as well as establishing your and our expectations. We seek candidates who exhibit ability, integrity and enthusiasm.

3. Skills Testing

Each candidate is given a skills assessment tailored to your requirements: WPM Typing, MS Office, 10-Key, Internet Research, etc.

4. Reference Checks

We thoroughly reference candidates, obtaining professional references from the individual’s past jobs to confirm their credentials and abilities, as well as character related items such as punctuality, attendance, attitude and relationship with their previous supervisor(s).

5. Client Screening

We encourage our clients to participate in the qualifying process by conducting their own interview to help ensure the candidate is a proper match. We also take all client feedback earnestly and use it to help us refine and hone our recruiting practices.
